Cannot Connect My Instagram Account

If you're having trouble linking your Instagram account, here are some steps to troubleshoot:

Check Account Type

Ensure that your Instagram account is a Business Account. Personal or Creator accounts aren’t supported for this connection. You can check by going to Settings > Account on Instagram.

Link to a Facebook Business Account

Your Instagram Business Account needs to be linked to a Facebook Business Account. You can set this up in Facebook Business Manager.

Reconnect via Settings

Sometimes, reconnecting can solve issues. Go to the eyeris.io settings, unlink, and then re-link your Instagram account.

Clear Cache and Refresh

Clear your browser cache, refresh the page, and try connecting again.
